You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. To request a withdrawal from your Boom365 account, your account must be fully verified, including completion of identity verification (KYC) and payment method verification. Withdrawals will not be processed from accounts that have not completed the verification process.
Boom365 targets a withdrawal processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals following approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; Boom365 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Boom365 account dashboard. Boom365 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments and to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold.
Where possible, withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Where the original deposit method is no longer available, Boom365 may require additional verification before approving an alternative withdrawal method.
Funds credited to your account as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
